friendly team superb location unpleasant situation entire amount
The hotel has a superb location. There are many options for restaurants and bars near the hotel. The team is very friendly, always ready to help.
Upon arrival I was told that we might have to shorten our stay. I was later told that we could not shorten our stay and we would have to pay the entire amount. This was like a disgrace and not a way to behave.

amazing location helpful staff modern design clean environment
the location is amazing, right in baixa. the hotel is clean, ultra modern, and beautiful. the front desk staff was helpful with recommendations, and i can't thank them enough. the hotel is very well appointed and expensively fitted out.
i expected the fridge to be cooler. it barely worked.
